The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or the judgment of a qualified healthcare provider. Using this Site does not create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship with Amore Medix is established only through a formal appointment and evaluation, not by browsing the Site, reading its content, or sending us a message.

Use of the Site

Appointments and scheduling
The Site may allow you to request or book appointments through a third-party scheduling and patient portal service (PatientFusion). Your use of that service is subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment until it is confirmed by our office. Please arrive prepared and notify us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
Telehealth services
Where we offer telehealth (remote) visits, you understand that these services have inherent limitations, including that a provider may not be able to perform a full physical examination remotely. Telehealth may not be appropriate for every condition, and your provider may determine that an in-person visit or referral is necessary. By using telehealth services, you consent to receiving care through electronic communication and acknowledge these limitations. Telehealth services are available only where permitted by applicable state law and licensure.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Amore Medix, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any service. Please do not send sensitive medical information by text, as text messaging is not a secure or confidential channel. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how mobile information is handled.
Health information and privacy
Our handling of information collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. Protected health information created or received in the course of your care is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable state law, and is addressed in our separate Notice of Privacy Practices. These Terms do not modify your rights under HIPAA.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Amore Medix name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Amore Medix and is protected by intellectual property laws.
