Lauren Amore’s path to nursing has been both purposeful and deeply personal. With a foundation in business and healthcare leadership, Lauren began her journey with an MBA in Healthcare Management from WGU, followed by her MSN from Marquette University and a post-master’s certificate in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from Purdue University Global. She is completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Chatham University, while holding a Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) certificate from Benedictine University. Her career spans hospice, med-surg, and lactation care, all driven by a calling to serve underserved communities with dignity, innovation, and a commitment to health equity.

Lauren is the co-founder of Humble Helper, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families through transitions and loss, and the founder of Amoremedix, a nurse-led mobile and telehealth primary care clinic designed to deliver healthcare directly to those who need it most. Through these initiatives, she has championed accessible, community rooted healthcare models that prioritize compassion and equity. Her work reflects a belief that care must meet people where they are: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Lauren’s commitment is grounded not only in her clinical and academic achievements but also in her deep values, reinforced by her PhD and ThD earned through seminary studies. These degrees have shaped her approach to spiritual care, justice, and holistic nursing leadership.
